CRITERIA FOR PRACTISING CERTIFICATE SCREENING AND INTERVIEW

1. Submission of Application for Practising Certificate (Green Form), Practitioner Assistants’ (Practical Experience) Log Book and a recommendation letter from your trainer (on the Firms Letterhead addressed to the CEO, ANAN) on completion of the 36 months Practitioners Assistant Scheme.

2. Your Trainer must have an active Practising License of ANAN (visit https://anan.org.ng/practising-firms/to see all active Firms).

3. Your Trainer must be financially up-to-date with the Association.

4. Evidence of attendance of Practitioner’s Forum (MPPF) during your three (3) years training.
